We use our industry knowledge to support you through your recruitment campaign. This could mean helping write a job and person specification, advising on appropriate salaries, time frames or assisting you with the interview questions.
Vacancies get advertised on our web and social media sites as well as on other sector and skill sector specific job boards. We also use our existing candidate database and network to find your ideal candidate.
Candidates who meet your criteria will be shortlisted and their CV and profile submitted to you. We meet every candidate we put forward to you. Our consultants are experts in interviewing and finding out the specific talent and skill-set of candidates.
We arrange first and second interviews. Selected candidates are fully briefed on the role, charity and interview requirements. We also manage the feedback process and the offer including negotiations for you.
We will stay in touch to ensure that your new team member has settled in well and you are happy with our services.
